Prior to signing a lease, you must pay the $50.00 application fee, the $175.00 reservation fee, as well as our lease term fee. The lease term fee is either $125.00 or $250.00 depending on the input of credit. Prior to signing the lease and before move-in, the prorated rent amount must be paid before you are able to obtain the keys.

Wifi is a free provided service. Utilities are not included with rent. Water and sewage is a separate cost and typically adds up to around $50.00 a month. All of our electric is through North East Electric Company. Charges vary between $100-200 a month.

Water and sewage will be charged in your portal and can be paid in the same place as your rent. You must contact North East Electric to get an account set up and turn your electric on. You will pay your bill directly to them.

We do not offer cable tv. Our internet is through White Sky and is up and running upon move in. You will receive your unit's wifi password.

The pool is open Tuesday- Sunday 8am - 10 pm, closed every Monday all day for routine maintnence and cleaning

Yes, every building has 2-3 lots surrounding it. We also offer reserved covered parking for a fee of $25.00 a month.
